The Weifang Chapter general meeting began with a visit to the Ancient Chinese Tea Museum in Weifang, where members toured exhibits on centuries of tea culture, from traditional processing methods to the philosophy of Chinese tea ceremonies. It was a calm and culturally enriching start to a historic day.

The meeting officially opened with Hon. Clement leading the opening prayers, inviting calm and focus into the room. Hon. Piiru Sampson (President) then delivered a warm welcome address, thanking members for their presence and acknowledging the journey that had led to this revival.

The National President joined virtually and delivered the President’s Speech, commending the Weifang chapter for rising from inactivity and reaffirming national headquarters’ full support.

The MC then took over to moderate a lively Questions and Answers session, where members raised concerns about student welfare, academic support, and upcoming activities. The dialogue was open, respectful, and productive.

Hon. Abdul Jabaru Musah (Financial controller) presented the Chapter Program Outline, laying out a clear roadmap for the months ahead — including academic support systems, cultural events, and welfare initiatives.

Following this, a National Executive also spoke virtually, encouraging members to remain united and focused. Stressing more the dues payment.

The National President returned virtually to give closing remarks, once again celebrating the chapter’s revival and urging members to stay committed. Finally, led the closing prayers, bringing the program to a peaceful and hopeful end.
