Thompson Emmanuel Anu is a Master of Engineering student at Shanghai Maritime University (SMU), majoring in Transport Planning and Management. He holds a Bachelor Certificate in Logistics Management at Regional Maritime University/Shanghai Maritime University (Exchange Program), Diploma in Financial Management, Executive Certificate in Procurement and Supply Change Management. He contributed to the flagship programme of Ghana “One district, One factory” by selecting the best warehouse location in the northern sector of Ghana through his research “Optimal Warehouse Location Selection (A case study of Kasapreko Company Limited)’. Railway Transport, Port Operation and Human Decision Behaviour are his current research interests.

Thompson is currently the president of NUGS-Shanghai, management intern of Asia Growth Solutions ltd (AGS), Unversity Connect Group leader of Shanghai Connect, Member of Young Professional Youth Coalition and Co-Parnter of Right Procurement and Logistics. He had also gained tremendous working experience in prudent cooperation such as Ghana National Petroleum Cooperation (GNPC), Ghana Highway Authority and Royal Cybel limited. He is a value-added leader with good interpersonal and communication skills, motivative and very creative.

Thompson believes in God (as the center of everything) and hard working (as application of faith). He is very good in listen, problem solving, giving credit to others and delegating. Reading, listening to podcast, music and watching entertainment news is what he likes doing as hobbies.
