Pursuant to Article 38, clause 2 of the Amended NUGS-China constitution, (NEC may initiate a total review of the whole constitution after every five(5) years when it’s deemed necessary). NEC humbly calls upon members with suggestions for the constitutional review to submit to their Chapter Judicial Committee(CJC).  However, Chapters without CJC or members from cities without chapters should submit their reviews using the form below.
